The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) undertakes various academic and professional development initiatives aimed at promoting quality enhancement and continuous improvement within the institution. These initiatives include academic talks, faculty development programmes, workshops and other activities that contribute to the professional growth of teachers and the overall academic development of the institution.
Some of the initiatives organised through the IQAC are given below:
The IQAC organised an academic talk on “Academic Leadership: A Psychological Perspective” for students on 17 December 2025. The session was delivered by Prof. Dr. C. N. B. Nambiar.
As part of the FDP Series, the IQAC organised a workshop on “Transforming Assessment for Learning: KCF 2023” for faculty members. The session was handled by Mr. Rajish M., Assistant Professor of Physical Science, Mother Teresa College of Teacher Education, Perambra.
