Financial Support Policy for Faculty Professional Development
At EMEA Training College, we value our teachers as the foundation of academic excellence and believe that their continuous growth directly benefits our students and the wider community. To strengthen its vision, the institution has adopted a policy of extending financial support to faculty members for their professional development.
Through this policy, teachers are encouraged to participate in academic programmes such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and training sessions, as well as to obtain memberships in recognized professional bodies. Faculty members seeking support may submit a request with details of the programme, estimated expenses, and the expected contribution to teaching and learning.
All applications are reviewed by the Principal and the IQAC to ensure that the activity aligns with the college’s mission and academic priorities. Approved assistance may cover expenses such as registration fees and may also include paid leave, depending on the nature of the programme. Faculty members are encouraged to take up Minor Research Projects, and the financial assistance fot it will be awarded to the researcher upon successful completion of the project.
Teachers who receive support are encouraged to share the knowledge and experiences they gain with their peers, thereby fostering a culture of collaborative learning within the institution. This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to lifelong learning, academic excellence, and the professional growth of its faculty members.
